We collect personal details necessary to compile article metadata, manage peer reviews, and prevent academic authorship fraud:
- Names, email addresses, and university affiliations.
- ORCID identifiers and authenticated access tokens.
- Manuscript documents, cover letters, and review letters.
- Standard site session cookies for user login states.
2. Scholar Privacy Rights
Under GDPR/CCPA directives, you retain full rights over your data records:
- **Right to Erasure**: Authors and reviewers can request account removal. Note: Metadata on published research DOIs cannot be retracted or deleted once registered.
- **Right of Access**: Download all credentials and review logs mapped to your ID.
