The Meaning of "Khoinchha"
Derived from a sacred Bharatiya ritual, “Khoinchha” means "blessing of abundance."
In this tradition, elders—often mothers and married women—fill a woman’s sari aanchal with rice, coins, dub grass, turmeric, and blessings during weddings and religious ceremonies, symbolizing prosperity, goodwill, and an emotional farewell.
Inspired by this, Khoinchha seeks to be a vessel of intellectual abundance, enriching the global academic community with diverse, high-quality research and fostering cross-cultural connections.
