Submission Guidelines
Khoinchha welcomes original research articles, review papers, and book reviews. Please adhere to these guidelines to ensure a smooth double-blind peer-review and indexing process.
1. Format & Layout
Submit electronically in Microsoft Word (.docx), A4 paper size, with 2.5 cm margins and 1.5 line spacing.
Use Unicode fonts: Arial Unicode MS for Bharatiya languages, Times New Roman for English. Font size: 12, text justified.
2. Headings & Structure
Main headings: Size 12, bold, center-aligned, sentence case.
Subheadings & Sub-subheadings: Size 12, bold, left-aligned, sentence case.
Pagination: Number pages consecutively starting with the title page, including tables and figures.
3. References & Size
References: Follow APA style. Minimum 15 references is required, listed alphabetically. For details, consult our Reference Guide.
File Size: Maximum 10 MB limit.
Accepted Manuscript Categories
Research Papers & Review Articles
- Length: 2,500 to 5,000 words, excluding references and appendices.
- Abstract: 250 to 300 words summarizing the research purpose, methodology, and key findings in a single, continuous paragraph.
- Keywords: Include 5 to 7 keywords representing the core themes.
- Structure: Must contain Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
Book Reviews
- Length: 700 to 2,000 words.
- Objectivity: Must be objective and unbiased, engaging with the book's central arguments and providing a balanced assessment of strengths and weaknesses.
- Details: Include the author's name, book title, publisher, publication date, ISBN number, number of pages, and insert a Book Cover Page Photo.
- Structure: Well-structured introduction, concise summary, critical analysis, comparison/contrast, and conclusion.
Submission and Review Process
To Submit: Email your manuscript and a plagiarism report to khoinchha@gmail.com.
Plagiarism Check: Khoinchha enforces a strict plagiarism policy. All submissions must include a plagiarism report (e.g. Turnitin) demonstrating a similarity index of **less than 10%** (excluding references).
Timeline: Our double-blind peer-review process typically takes **16 to 20 weeks** (up to a maximum of 24 weeks for complex cases), after which the editorial decision is communicated. Requested revisions are due within **4 to 6 weeks**.
Authors-Only PDF Downloading Policy
Once your manuscript is accepted and published, the final PDF version is hosted on Google Drive and linked in our content section.
To download the full manuscript PDF, you must sign in with the Google Account associated with the email address provided in your manuscript. Only verified authors are granted download permissions. The wider academic community can view your work online in full text.
